Le Havre’s Return Policy:

• keep proof of shipment (shipment label & packing box) and send to us your unboxing video after you received the package (if there’s missed order or faulty by our staff)
• we will be happy to exchange or re-send your package maximum 3 days after the package is received (according to the date written on delivery tracking system)
• without the unboxing video, we are so sorry to inform you we cannot proceed the complain regarding the products
